Crystal County Resort Lonavala, Lonavala

The hotel had some bright spots, like a fantastic breakfast and great play area for kids. However, the room maintenance was lacking, with issues like stained bed linen and some broken fixtures. Overall, we enjoyed our one-night stay, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Crystal Resort is a great place to stay, boasting a perfect combination of comfort and excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-kept with a lovely ambiance, but I did encounter a few maintenance issues. The location is convenient, being close to both the Lonavala bus drop point and the train station. Breakfast was varied and tasty, making it a pleasant start to each day.

My stay at Crystal Meritas was memorable, thanks to the incredibly helpful staff and the well-maintained rooms.
